System, not chance
We manage advertising through a clear system — not random actions.
I work with ambitious businesses to build acquisition systems that connect advertising, analytics and revenue.

Platforms and measurement stack
SYSTEM
I work across the acquisition system — from traffic and tracking to conversion and revenue.
Optimization happens across the system, not inside one ad account.
Every project sits at the intersection of these disciplines — none of them works in isolation.
Every workday morning I check Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Direct and Telegram Ads budgets, site uptime, and the status of ad elements — preventing unexpected downtime and wasted spend.
Every week I clean up traffic (negative keywords), improve auction bids and Quality Score, analyze creatives to shift budget toward the best performers, and audit the site's conversion path.
I monitor Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager and Yandex Direct product feeds, fix rejected products and feed errors, and update categories when the season or collection changes.
Every month results are compared against KPIs, the factors behind them are analyzed in depth, and a clear plan is set for the next month.
Within the first week of each month we discuss last month's results, tested hypotheses, competitor activity, and next month's budget.
Every project has a single management document — dashboard links, media plans, meeting protocols, and A/B test history. The client can access it anytime.
I don't optimize campaigns in isolation. I look at the full path: from traffic to retention.
Are we reaching the right people?

We manage advertising through a clear system — not random actions.
PRINCIPLES · 02
After every meeting or important call, decisions, tasks, owners, and deadlines are written down. If there's no record, the meeting didn't happen.
PRINCIPLES · 03
This service standard is a minimum, not a limit. Whenever the project's goals call for it, extra tests and optimizations are made without waiting for a separate sign-off.

Not every limit is real. Some of them we build ourselves, in our own head. Running, mountains, and the gym showed me the moments where mental readiness matters more than physical readiness. Getting a result doesn't always take more effort — sometimes it just takes a better system. I follow the same principle in marketing: measure the process, optimize daily, and build a system that works for long-term growth.
